About the artist

Edmunds Jansons is a director of animated films, graphic designer and children's book illustrator. Since 2001, he has worked in the animated film studio Atom Art. In 2012, Edmunds acquired a Master's degree in animation production at the Estonian Academy of Arts. His animated films have won awards in festivals throughout the world. Edmunds Jansons is also known, and has received international awards on many occasions, as a children's book illustrator.
